GRII operates on an open access model. While there may be Article Processing Charges (APC) after acceptance, we offer fee waivers for authors from developing countries and for exceptional research.

GRII covers interdisciplinary research on AI & governance, data governance, ethics & philosophy, innovation studies, and policy & law. We welcome work that bridges technology, society, and governance.
